Held in Hope – Grief Recovery Workshop

Held in Hope is a gentle, supportive workshop designed to help anyone navigating loss find space to reflect, and begin healing. Whether your grief is recent or long‑carried, this workshop offers a safe, compassionate environment where you can explore your story at your own pace. Across a series of guided sessions, we look at how grief affects the heart, mind, and body, and we introduce simple, practical tools that help you move forward with hope. You won’t be asked to share anything you’re not comfortable sharing. This is a space of kindness, confidentiality, and steady encouragement.

Alpha Online

Alpha Online is a free, friendly series of weekly sessions where people explore life’s big questions and the basics of the Christian faith together in an open, welcoming online environment. Alpha Online typically runs for 11 weeks, with each session lasting about 90 minutes.

Every week features a short film or talk (around 30 minutes) that addresses key questions such as Who is Jesus?, How can we have faith?, and How does God guide us?. Afterward, participants join small online groups to share thoughts, listen to others, and engage in honest conversation.
